Questions, answered
Can DraftClick send mail on its own?
No — and not as a promise, as a limitation. We never request send permission from your mail provider, so sending is technically impossible. DraftClick only places drafts in your Drafts folder; you review and hit send yourself.
Is my mail used to train AI models?
No. Your mail is used only to draft your replies and learn your personal writing style — which stays visible and editable in your dashboard, and is never used to train models.
What about prices and dates the AI doesn't know?
Drafts never invent facts. Anything not in your approved business facts or the mail thread itself is flagged ⚠ for your review instead of guessed.
Which mail providers are supported?
Gmail and Google Workspace today. Outlook / Microsoft 365 and IMAP are coming.
